Do you offer extended stay discounts at your hotel?

How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?

Once the reservation is booked and a form of payment is received, you should automatically be receiving an email confirmation.

What happens if I want to cancel my room reservation?

Standard reservations cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will not be subjected to a cancellation fee. However certain promotional bookings may be non-refundable. Please be sure to read the policy before booking your reservation.

Do you have resort fees?

We are one of the very few hotels in Hawaii that do not have resort or hidden fees.

Do you offer a contactless guest communication platform?

Best Western The Plaza Hotel utilizes Runritz platform to efficiently communicate with you, our guest by leveraging mobile and text messaging. Prior to your arrival, you’ll be greeted by Runtriz to expedite your check-in process and give you the opportunity to tell us your preferences. What are the check-in and check-out times of the hotel?

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm; check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out is available upon request. Please make sure to check with our front desk staff upon checking-in.

How do I catch the shuttle from the Airport to your hotel?

Hawaiian Airlines - Terminal 1 Pick-Up Instructions

Welcome to Hawaiian Airlines at Terminal 1. Please follow these steps for a smooth pick-up process:

Exit the baggage claim area.
Turn left. Please remember not to cross the street for your safety and convenience.
Continue walking down until you reach a sign marked Pre-Arranged 1, which you will find hanging above a bench area designated for your wait.

Other Airlines - Terminal 2 Pick-Up Instructions

For guests flying with other airlines and arriving at Terminal 2, please follow the instructions below to locate your pick-up area:

Exiting from Baggage Claim 24-31:

Exit the baggage claim area and remember your baggage claim number.
Turn right without crossing the street.
Walk down until you see a blue sign indicating Pre-Arranged 5.

Exiting from Baggage Claim 16-23:

Exit the baggage claim and cross the street.
Turn left after crossing.
Proceed until you encounter a blue sign for Pre-Arranged 3.
