All of the staff were excellent during a very difficult time due to the virus and uncertainties of the coming lock down of the state of Hawaii. Because of the virus the hotel could only hand out grab and go bags but they did the best they could under the circumstances.
I stayed at the hotel when things were starting to shutdown for Covid19. Staff was so helpful pointing out nearby restaurants that were open and couldn't have been friendlier. Airport shuttle drivers were especially nice as well.
We had "grab and go" breakfast bag due to the coronavirus pandemic. The food was good, though I missed the breakfasts I've had at this particular Best Western in the past. Hopefully the crisis will end soon and they can continue serving their great breakfasts!
