James handing out the sack breakfasts had outstanding customer service. Unfortunately our visit coincided with the Covid19 outbreak, not a whole lot that can be done about that.
I stayed at the hotel when things were starting to shutdown for Covid19. Staff was so helpful pointing out nearby restaurants that were open and couldn't have been friendlier. Airport shuttle drivers were especially nice as well.
We had "grab and go" breakfast bag due to the coronavirus pandemic. The food was good, though I missed the breakfasts I've had at this particular Best Western in the past. Hopefully the crisis will end soon and they can continue serving their great breakfasts!
